Typographical
Errors
In the event a
product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error
or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, John
M. Harris Co. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for product listed at the incorrect price. John M. Harris Co.
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or
not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If
your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your
order is canceled, John M. Harris Co. shall immediately issue a credit
to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation
of our offer to sell. John M. Harris Co. reserves the right at any
time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for
any reason. John M. Harris Co. reserves the right at any time after
receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less
than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over
$1000.00 (US) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of
payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may require additional verifications or information before accepting

Payment
Methods
Credit Cards -
We accept most all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard,
and Pay Pal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make
purchases with John M. Harris Co.. Please be sure to provide your
exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number
your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may
cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed
upon shipment of your order.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
- John M. Harris Co. accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal
checks, and company checks in US Dollars only. Orders are processed
upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and
company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for
clearance of funds before the order is processed. John M. Harris Co.
cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear
or payment is received. We will charge a $50.00 fee on all returned
checks. Please see the full instructions below on how to pay using
one of these methods. |

Shipping
Policy
Pricing for all
items listed on this website do not include, delivery charges unless
otherwise stated. Typical delivery charges for caskets range from
$100-$350 to most major metropolitan areas that have a major airport
within 100 miles. An exact charge will be quoted prior to shipping.
Keep in mind that we do not charge sales tax for all shipments outside
of California. Delivery of Cremation Urns is between $15 -$75 to most
addresses. Bronze Markers vary in delivery fees, but ususally run
somewhere between $25-$75. Monuments and granite grave markers will
be quoted a delivery charge based on the specific weight, distance
and delivery time frame required. All delivery charges are non-refundable.
Our Customer Service personnel are available to answer your questions
from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday except for holidays.
Messages left after hours will be returned the next business day morning.

You will be charged $300 for any shipment that is refused. John M.
Harris Co. does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All Shipments are
subject to stock availability. |

Sales
Tax
John M. Harris
Co. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax
for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of California.
Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or
other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state. |

Cancellation
Policy
Orders canceled
after they are placed are subject to a 25% cancellation charge. You
will be charged $600 for any shipment that is refused by the funeral
home. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. |
