Selling
your valuable Cemetery Property
Thank you for your interest in listing your cemetery
property for sale.
As
a Licensed Cemetery Broker by the State of California,
We list all cemetery property for sale, to include burial
grave plots, mausoleum crypts, cremation niches and lawn
crypts, similar to the way a real estate broker lists
residential or commercial property for sale.
To
list your cemetery property for sale with a Cemetery
Broker, we request a copy of the original deed/ownership
certificate or a copy of the original agreement for the
property so that we can make an appraisal.
We
will then correspond by mail a written proposal stating
the dollar amount (you) the seller will receive for your
burial grave plot upon completion of a sale. (In some
instances, the written proposal will also include an
offer to purchase the burial property for sale outright
from (you) the seller.)
All
required cemetery property transfer fees and commissions
are paid for by the purchaser. If our proposal is accepted,
a "Special Power of Attorney"
(which has been approved by the cemetery) and a Listing
Agreement will be sent to you in the proposal package along
with any other special documents as the situation may require.
The
official documents must be signed, notarized and returned
to us, so that we may actively show the property. As
the seller's agent, we take care of all the necessary
details between the purchaser and the cemetery. Upon
completion of the transfer of ownership, payment is made
to (you) the seller.
We
sincerely believe this satisfactorily describes the process
and service being officered for the sale of your burial
plots. We will do our utmost to fulfill the confidence
(you) our clients place with us.
For
a written evaluation and proposal, please download the appraisal
form; answer all questions completely on the form
and send it along with a copy of the cemetery property
deed to:
